2 Minute Home Made Guacamole


Avocados are a super nutrient dense food and guacamole is a delicious way to enjoy it. Avocados contain 20 different minerals and vitamins, and all authorities agree that avocados contain healthy fats. This agreement is an amazing feat in itself, with such divisive views persisting on many foods’ health benefits. A simple recipe taking very little time is the following.


  • avocado
  • sea salt
  • fresh garlic cloves


  1. Rinse and cut avocado in half.
  2. Take out large seed
  3. With spoon scoop out avocado meat into bowl
  4. Add 2 or more minced garlic to taste
  5. Add sea salt to taste
  6. Mash together and enjoy!!
