A Simple Recipe That Will Supercharge Your Immune System


Here is a simple four-ingredient recipe to use regularly that will supercharge your immune system:

Raw Honey Garlic Lemon Shots


  • 1 organic lemon
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of honey


1- Cut a lemon in halves, and squeeze the lemon juice out of one half and place in a bowl.

2- Chop the garlic and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. And then add it to the lemon juice with the cayenne pepper.

3- Mix the honey and stir the mixture well.

4- Pour the mixture back into the lemon half, which you extracted the juice from.

5- Consume it including the lemon pulp. And repeat recipe in four hours with the other lemon half.

This recipe is very simple to prepare and it has maximum benefits to your health, especially during cold and flu season:

It is in this acidic environment pH and cancer is linked.  Cancer cells grow rapidly in the presence of an acidic pH. It’s recommended to drink lemon juice regularly to balance the levels of PH in the body.


The antioxidant and anti-bacterial properties of honey can help improve digestive system and help you stay healthy and prevent illness. Add 1-2 tablespoon of raw honey to warm water, drink it every morning will improve your immune system effectively.
