- 4 tablespoons high quality Manuka honey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 fresh ginger, grated
Find a big bowl, mix the honey, chopped onion and grated ginger together. Mix them well and leave for at least 6 hours, this will make the active ingredients in the onions and ginger released and absorbed in the honey.
