All a person has to do is make a smoothie using some spinach, apricots, dried apricots, brazil nuts, a touch a cinnamon, and a little bit of hemp milk to blend it all together. 2. Get a Humidifier
Skin tends to dry out when there is a lack of moisture in the air. Often in the colder months the air is dry. If a person uses a heating source inside their home it will also help dry out the skin. All a person has to do is get a humidifier to help bring moisture back into the air. They can even be used during the warmer months to make sure the home is comfortable. Also shielding the skin from the sun such as wearing a wide brim hat is important. Do not forget to protect the lips. Many people do not apply any type of sun protection on their lips. There are lip balms and other forms of protection that can be put on the lips to shield them from the rays of the sun. Sunscreen must be used often to make sure the skin is protected. If using a tanning bed be sure to use sun protection as well. It is never too late to start applying sunscreen.
