All a person has to do is make a smoothie using some spinach, apricots, dried apricots, brazil nuts, a touch a cinnamon, and a little bit of hemp milk to blend it all together. This smooth taste a lot better than it sounds. After drinking this smoothie the skin is replenished and will have a healthy glow to skin once again.

2. Get a Humidifier
Skin tends to dry out when there is a lack of moisture in the air. Often in the colder months the air is dry. If a person uses a heating source inside their home it will also help dry out the skin.
