Dairy products are a major source of both calcium and iron which will give you strong and healthy hair. A diet rich in these nutrients will also help prevent the problem of hair thinning and give your hair extra shine.

Citrus Fruits

The high vitamin C content in citrus fruits helps your body to absorb iron better, so that when you eat iron rich foods, you will make better use of that iron and long, strong hair will result.

Soy Products

Soy beans and their products like soy milk and tofu are a perfect choice if you are wanting a protein rich, plant-based diet that will promote the growth and strength of your hair even if you are vegetarian or vegan.
