Since becoming a vegetarian in 1975, at the ripe old age of 36 and vegan in 1990 at the age of 41, I have constantly been told that humans are naturally designed to eat anything that had a face and a mother and pooped. This, obviously, was told to me by conditioned people that were addicted to the taste of flesh and blood.
After getting a Masters degree in Nutrition and doing roughly 40 years of radio shows about health, I learned and always talk about how the human form is specifically and anatomically designed to eat plant-based foods. So, rather then boring you with more of that, I chose another venue to put it all in perspective.

Here’s another piece of information to digest: plant foods leave the body in 2 – 3 days; flesh foods leave the body in 7 days. If a clump of rotting flesh sits in your body for a minimum of 7 days, where do all the poisons, chemicals, and excessive hormones that flood the animal’s body at the time of death go?
And we wonder why we suffer from degenerative diseases!
