Natural News Blog.9- “Wellnessman” Endorses Organic “Green” Smoothies
One of the best things to do for your health is to load up on as many organic vegetables with a bit of organic fruit as well. This can be difficult to do if you try to eat everything separately. That’s why “Wellnessman” offers an easy solution: buy a blender and mix in some veggies, with a little bit of fruit, and drink it instead. You want the majority of the mixture to be veggies. Some good ones to use are spinach, kale, cucumbers, celery and broccoli. Choose 2 or 3 as your foundation. “Wellnessman” always adds half a banana to “solidify” the mixture and give it more body. They work in conjunction with each other and have a synergistic effect within your body. This is not something that can easily be isolated in scientific testing! “Wellnessman” prefers organic over conventional produce in order to reduce your intake of pesticides and “GMO’s” (“Genetically Modified Organisms” made in a lab). So climb aboard the “Wellness Wagon” with “Wellnessman”, purchase a blender or juicer, and then start having organic “green-based” smoothies once or twice daily.
