Vegan Chocolate Goji Superfood Macaroons

These are quick, easy nuggets of goodness packed with energy boosting ingredients.

1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup coconut oil or coconut butter
1/4 cup agave or maple syrup
1 tbs cacoa powder
1 tbs goji berries
1tbs maca powder

Put all ingredients in a blender or mix by hand. Then spoon a small amount into your hand and roll into a small ball. Place on a cookie sheet or flat surface to solidify and cool in the fridge. Keep them in the fridge and enjoy!
