 1. Avocado Coconut Smoothie


1 large avocado

1 large banana

3/4 cup organic pineapple juice

3 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lime or lemon juice

1 can organic coconut milk

1 tablespoon flax seed oil

3 tablespoons melted extra-virgin coconut oil.

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


Blend the coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice, flax seed oil, vanilla extract, avocado and banana on high until everything’s fused into a thick and creamy liquid. Then blend in the melted coconut oil through the opening in the lid whilst on the lowest setting.

2. Blueberry Chocolate Dream Smoothie


1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder

1 teaspoon cacao nibs

1/2 small avocado

1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)

3 Brazil nuts

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 teaspoon maca

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup your preferred protein powder

2 drops vanilla extract


Place all the ingredients blender and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute till smooth.

1 small banana

2 tablespoons of raw almond butter

1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

1/2 cup organic apple juice

1 cup ice cubes

6. Avo-Banana Kale Green Smoothie


2 cups fresh kale

2 cups water

3 bananas (frozen)

1/4 avocado

500 ml Almond or Brazil nut milk

1 Banana

2 Tablespoons Honey

3 Tablespoons Cacoa powder

Put all the ingredients into a blender, holding back the 2 Tablespoons of Cacao nibs to add them in at the end for a choc chip crunch. Blend all ingredients until smooth, pour into a glass, sprinkle on the 2 Tablespoons of Cacao nibs and serve.
