The Top 3 Ways to Naturally Increase Human Growth Hormone


One of the main causes of aging is decreased production of hormones. That would include testosterone, progesterone, estrogen, growth hormone, and others. Out of all of these hormones, it’s a lower level of growth hormone (HGH) that is most associated with premature aging.

By the age of 40, growth hormone secretion is only 40% of what it was at age 20. That’s a significant drop in production and it only continues to go down from there. By association, our IGF-1(Insulin-like Growth Factor 1) level also decreases along with HGH at an identical pace. The first way to naturally increase HGH is to take a special blend of 4 key amino acids. Taking this combination has been found to boost HGH levels by as much as 600%. Buy the following amino acids separately, or look for a combination that has all of them included. Glycine, Ornithine, Arginine, and Lysine are the amino acids needed, and 2,000 mg of each of them should be taken before bedtime. Take them for three weeks and then take one week off.

The next way to increase HGH is to exercise in a certain way. High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT; done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach will naturally increase growth hormone secretion. My favorite form of HIIT is sprinting. I will sprint as fast and intensely as possible for 30 or 40 seconds, rest for 90 seconds, and then go again. I’ll do about 8 – 10 rounds. It may not sound like much, but trust me, it is an intense workout and you’ll be beat when you’re done. Amplify your results by sprinting up a hill! For those who like lifting weights, like me, doing heavy squats with dumbbells, or doing heavy weight on the squat press machine, will also increase HGH. Again, be sure to do this on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning.

Probably the best way to increase HGH is to take a high quality bovine colostrum supplement daily. The reason why colostrum is such a great way to increase growth hormone is probably because it contains the entire IGF-1 superfamily. As an added benefit, colostrum also inhibits and reverses thymic involution. As we get older, our thymus glands shink in size, and restoring the thymus gland to its original size and functioning has been found to be a key to fighting the aging process. Colostrum should be taken on an empty stomach but can be taken anytime. Since colostrum also strengthens the immune system, it’s great to take in larger amounts during times of high stress. I like to take some right before bed, and usually I’ll also take some more first thing in the morning.
