Quantum Reflex Analysis Gets to the Real Root Cause of Health Problems

Good health is inarguably one’s most valuable possession. Without good health, being highly productive and enjoying day-to-day life becomes an increasing challenge. What is good health? According to the World Health Organization, health is defined as: “A state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” However, the latest statistics from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention reveal that over 50% of Americans suffer from at least one type of chronic disease. Where are we spending our money? “75% of all health care dollars are spent on patients with one or more chronic conditions, many of which can be prevented, including diabetes, obesity, heart disease, lung disease, high blood pressure, and cancer.” Source: Health Affairs

How can it possibly be that Americans spend more on healthcare than any other nation, yet continue to lack true health? Our current healthcare system widely supports the management of disease. The business of medicine depends on patients using drugs and other therapies to manage symptoms of chronic illness. Patients take daily doses of medications to manage their hypertension, depression, anxiety, high cholesterol, pain, allergies, and acid reflux with seemingly no end to treatment.

The practice of medicine is far different….it focuses on the prevention and reversal of disease. Is it realistic to believe that chronic illness can truly be reversed and prevented? Absolutely! I have witnessed the reversal of chronic illness in myself and many of my patients, and I feel that it is important to share valuable information that will only empower you to take control of your health by freeing yourself from chronic illness, save money on your healthcare both now and in the future, and ultimately be free to live your purpose and enjoy life to its fullest.

But first, I’d like to share a shortened version of my journey that brought me to where I am today. Twelve years ago at the age of 28, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I experienced excruciating pain in every muscle and joint in my body, I could not sleep, and found great difficulty in performing simple physical tasks or even walking a few blocks with my dogs. Western treatments of antidepressants and pain drugs offered no lasting results, and even made me feel worse at times. I decided that I would not accept that at such a young age my body was failing me. I searched for answers outside of the traditional medical community, and found a complete reversal of pain and illness through acupuncture, herbal and nutritional therapy. Intrigued and thirsty for knowledge, I quit my job, enrolled full-time in graduate school, and received degrees in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Today I practice a unique form of therapy called Quantum Reflex Analysis (or QRA for short).

QRA integrates the science of quantum physics with acupuncture and kinesiology to form a powerful tool used to detect hidden infections, nutritional deficiencies, chemical exposure, and unhealed trauma from physical scars as well as past emotional trauma.

I have witnessed what would be seen as miraculous and permanent reversal of the most chronic illnesses through the practice of QRA. Patients have been healed of IBS and Chron’s disease, chronic depression and anxiety, thyroid disorders, heart disease, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, pain, arthritis, acid reflux, acne and skin issues, immune disorders, hormonal imbalances, Lyme’s disease, and even cancer and many other illnesses with no official diagnosis at all.

The truth is that the body is fully able to heal itself given the proper nutrients and environment. Most often I find that patients who have chronic illnesses have many ‘layers’ of hidden infections in their bodies, as well as exposure to chemicals, radiation, or heavy metals, poor digestion and absorption of nutrients, toxic tissue at past surgery scar and trauma sites, and impaired organ or gland function due to nutritional deficiencies and poor diet. Once these issues are corrected, the body fully heals and the illness is gone.

Not only does QRA detect which organs and glands need help, but it also reveals the correct herbs or nutrients as well as the exact dosage per day needed to fully correct the problem. Nutrients are taken for a specific amount of time in specific doses, and are not usually needed long-term. Once the organ or gland is healed and functioning normally again, supplements are no longer needed. I’ve found that most chronic illnesses can be reversed in 6 months or less. Some people have a tremendous amount of infection and toxins within their bodies and may need to take their therapy at a much slower pace to reduce the detoxification effect. Those who have the most patience and diligence and follow their program through to the end, experience the most profound and lasting healing.

For as many successful patients who follow their healing program through to completion, I also have patients who quit too soon, or who do not follow their plan as prescribed. They miss out on reaching their goal, which is a shame. I do find that past emotional traumas play a big role in self-sabotaging behavior. I work with patients to effectively clear unhealthy beliefs at the subconscious level. Once the patient clears that past emotional trauma at the deepest level, they find it much easier to do what is healthy for them and are very successful at regaining their health, as well as healing many other areas of their lives. They become more confident and can make better choices for themselves. It’s truly a beautiful transformation to witness!

There is really so much more I could say about the real possibilities of healing that are available to people. We need to have a paradigm shift in our healthcare system, seeking true health instead of managing the symptoms of disease. It is possible and it is happening right now.

I’d like to share some points for people to remember at all times when searching for good healthcare.

1. Be a skeptic. Healthy skepticism will allow you to make good choices for yourself. I have the most respect for people who don’t just blindly believe what I tell them, but instead go and research it for themselves. When I’m presented with new ideas and information, I always research it for myself and check my intuition to decide if it’s right for me.

2. Accept that the body really can heal itself. Try new things, be open to new ideas and look for results. Change requires courage….be courageous every day!

3. Choose a competent physician. A good doctor will not only give you a good treatment plan to follow, but they will teach you how to take better care of yourself and guide you to find knowledge on your own. They will want to empower you to be healthy in the future, and not depend on them exclusively for your health. A good doctor will also set a good example of what health is, and will not only talk the talk, but will walk the walk. How could you ever expect an unhealthy doctor to guide you to health?

4. Be patient. True health does not happen overnight. It requires you to be an active participant in your healing, and take full responsibility for the choices you make. Remember, no one can heal you. You can be guided in a treatment plan, but it is you who must make it happen. As is true with any endeavor, you will only receive the benefits equal to the effort you put into it.

Continue to plant seeds of health every day, nurture your mind, body and soul, and expect the healing to happen. If someone tells you that there is ‘no cure’ for your illness, don’t be so quick to believe them. Search for and expect something different. It’s time to change the way we think about healthcare. It’s time to expect and experience real healing and real health.

“The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest her or his patients in the care of the human frame, in a proper diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease” ~~ Thomas Edison
