How to lose belly fat without tedious exercise?

We all crave having a flat stomach and washboard abs, but the thought of hitting the gym always keep us away from it. Well, worry no more as there are certain tricks that can give you a flat tummy without tedious exercise. You simply have to change your lifestyle. How amazing is that?

Fat stored around the waist is the most dangerous as far as our health is concerned. It may lead to several health problems such as diabetes metabolism issues and stroke if not checked on time. Exercising the waist area is tedious and takes a lot of effort to lose fat stored in that area.

Below are simple and effective things you can do to reduce belly fat without exercise:

1. Drink Enough Water

When you don’t consume enough water, the body holds in water (the process known as water retention). By drinking enough water, you are reassuring the body to let go of unnecessary water weight as it does not need to hold on to unnecessary water.

You can get your water from consumption of foods such as juices, green tea, a regulated amount of caffeine and tea. Fruits such as watermelons, oranges and peaches also come in handy. Drink a glass of water before any meal. It will make it fill a part of the tummy, preventing you from over-eating. Alternatively you can take sips of water in between your meals.

2. Take Count of the Calorie Intake

We end up consuming so many unnecessary calories without even knowing. This mindless eating is the main culprit behind piling on pounds. Dressings, toppings, appetizers and the processed yet healthy fruit juices contribute to the high-calorie intake. Ensure to cut down on unwanted calories. For example, soda only contributes in many empty calories and also give rise to bloating.

3. Come up with a Diet and Stick to it

Have a healthy diet plan. Let each meal constitute a good portion vegetables and fruits. Foods like avocados, peanuts and such like give you good fat. Greens and fibre also come in hand.

Don’t stray away from your diet. Even if you slip at one meal, stick better with the rest of the meals. Eat more proteins and less of carbs.

4. Avoid Stress

Too much stress leads to the production of a hormone known as cortisol. Cortisol makes it hard to get rid of tummy fat as it builds up fat on the waistline. Try as much as possible to indulge stress-free activities such as meditation, bubble bath, listening to music and taking up a soothing hobby.

5. Have Enough Sleep

Sleep-deprived persons tend to feel sluggish, causing them to overeat. Some seven to eight hours of sleep will help you maintain weight in the long run. Keep away from wearable electronic devices before going to sleep. Research has shown that the less you are exposed to electronic devices before sleep, the better your mind and the body rests.

6. Avoid Junk and Fatty Foods

Junk and fatty foods only worsen the condition. Collectively, these foods (and drinks) prime your belly to store belly fat and wreak havoc on your metabolism. The key with these foods is cutting back. Think of them as a treat and not an everyday staple. If you eat right, most of the times, having a bit of fun and indulging occasionally will not make an inch of difference to your waistline. Instead of them, go for high fibre foods that take longer to digest. This will keep you satiated and will keep your metabolism in perfect shape.

7. Try Detox Diet

Detox diet contains only fruits, vegetables and detox water. These natural detox diet is very helpful in reducing belly fat. Mainly it includes only fruits and vegetable juices. It is meant to flush out all the toxins and help in reducing the tummy in less than a week. If detox does not suit you, cease the usage immediately. The first day you may feel hungry and tired, but your body will get used to it with time.

General exercise is good and should be done for at least thirty minutes per day. Losing belly fat by exercising can be a long and tedious journey. Regulating what you eat and when can help way far in losing that fat and getting that flat tummy you have been craving for. It is all about eating the right foods in the right amounts. Most importantly don’t starve yourself or skip meals for that will not help at all.
