- 10-12 Brussels sprouts
- 2 cups string beans
- 1 peeled cucumber
- 1 peeled lemon
Juice the Brussel sprouts, string beans, cucumber and lemon separately. Combine all four juices and blend well. This should be refrigerated and enjoyed cold.
