1/2 Ripe Pineapple (regular size)
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Sugar (optional)

If you feel that peeling it messy and difficult, then you can use store bought pineapple (sliced or canned, we recommend sliced fresh pineapple). If you are using pineapple slices, then chop them and take around 2 cups chopped pieces.
Process pineapple pieces, ground black pepper, sugar, salt, water and ice cubes in a blender or mixer grinder and make a smooth puree.
Strain mixture through strainer into a jug.
