Spring is coming and detoxification is starting to be your body’s big requirement. More beautiful days are approaching, following with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as spring fatigue. The healthiest option for you is to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, but sometimes it’s good to have a pre-prepared beverage as well. As it is recommended to drink water with lemon every morning after waking up, it’s also healthy to drink fruit or vegetables juices before breakfast or instead of morning coffee.

For this drink you will need:
• 1/2 kg of apples
• 1/2 kg of carrots
• 200 g of honey
• 8 ml of water (4 cups)
Wash apples and carrots, clean and grate them or use a blender. Then in 8 dl of boiling water, add the apples and carrots, cook for 15 minutes and finally add honey. It is important that the consistency is equally thick and that it can be easily stirred while cooking. Once completed, pour it into a glass bottle and refrigerate. Drink it 30 minutes before a meal.


For this juice you will need:
• 1 kg of apples
• 1 kg of quince
• 1 kg of carrots
• 1 kg of sugar (or to taste)
• 2 lemons
Wash and boil fruits and vegetables in water to soften. Then put it in a blender or grind it in another way. Prepare the pot for fruits and vegetables, pour 10 liters of water, add sugar and two lemons. Juice should be boiled. When it is done, pour it into hot bottles that have been previously washed and drained. It is important to keep them dry and warm. Place the bottle in the pantry and let it sit for one day. Juice should be served chilled. You can prepare it in smaller amounts as well, just calculate how much ingredients you will need in that case.


For this juice you will need:
• 6 lemons and 3 grapefruits
• Ginger (to taste)
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
• 3-4 pinches of cumin
• 3-4 leaves of fresh mint
Squeeze 6 lemons and 3 grapefruits. Then blend a piece of ginger and garlic cloves, add the lemon juice and grapefruit, 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil, 3-4 pinches of cumin and 3-4 leaves of fresh mint. After mixing all ingredients the grapefruit juice will be ready for consumption.


Natural detoxification of the body fluids is unimaginable without this famous recipe, for which you will need:
• 1 cucumber
• a couple of carrots
• 1 beetroot
Squeeze a beet, 2-3 carrots and a cucumber using juicer. Cucumber is the main ingredient of this combination since it is an important diuretic – kidney detoxifier.


Green tea is proven to clean the body of toxins, and in combination with lemon juice significantly enhances this positive effect. That’s why during the detoxification you should take 2 cups of this drink daily.


In addition to plain water, after waking up each morning you should drink lemonade made out of:
• a lemon
• 300 ml of water
• cinnamon
• chili pepper
• a teaspoon of honey
This drink is an excellent natural detox for the whole body and you should consume it on a daily basis.
