Holistic Natural Remedies and Tips For Grief and Stress

image

I’m a sensitive disabled Mother caregiver for my special needs little boy and I can tell you that I suffer from daily stress and emotional difficulties.  I’m human and I have a lot on my plate.  I have good days and bad days.  I’m painfully grieving for the sad loss of my beloved Mother who died five years ago because she couldn’t process her grief for her beloved Mother and brother and as a result, she overdosed on six antidepressants.  I tried desperately to get her to listen to my healthy ideas to feel better, using natural holistic approaches, but to no avail.  I am very thankful that I have not succumbed to any dependence on pharmaceuticals for anything that ails me and I never will and the reason is very simple.  I have full trust and faith in Mother Nature.  I take natural supplements, like B12, and homeopathic remedies, including St. John’s Wort, to help me feel better.  I meditate daily and do gentle yoga stretching and Tai Chi.  I also watch comedy every night and enjoy lots of laughter and I cuddle with my two adorable sweet cats, my fur babies.  My favorite natural remedy I enjoy for my self-love self-care is a wonderful soothing hot shower and bath soak and I always put my two favorite pure organic essential oils in it for lovely aromatherapy; sandalwood and orange.  The beautiful combination of all these wonderful gentle holistic self-care rituals is my feeling calm, relaxed, centered, balanced, and grounded.  I am very thankful I have enjoyed my daily holistic self-care rituals for 30 years.  I highly recommend all of these rituals to anyone who suffers from emotional difficulties, grief, and mental illness and prefers to use natural holistic approaches that are safe and healing.  One of the many healing benefits of all these healing approaches is that you can enjoy them as often as you like any time you need to and it is perfectly safe and there is no risk of dangerous side effects.  Give yourself the loving gift of self-love self-care with kindness and enjoy these holistic natural healing rituals today.
