Healing Ginger Lemon Cucumber Detox Drink, The Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, peeled
- 2 inch of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- ½ lemon or lime, remove skin
- 1 cup parsley
- ½ cup honeydew melon, chunked (or any other melon of your liking)
- Dash of cayenne pepper
Juicing Directions For A Juicer
- Juice parsley, ginger, lime, melon, and cucumbers.
- Pour over ice cubes and add a dash of cayenne pepper (or more if you don’t mind the taste)
Juicing Directions For A Blender
If you don’t have a juicer, your blender will do just fine. If you have a high-speed blender there will be no need the peel the cucumbers.
- Blend all ingredients, except for the cayenne pepper, until smooth. You may need to pause and push the ingredients down a few times to help your blender along.
- Use a nut milk bag or fine strainer to separate the juice from the pulp.
- Pour over ice cubes and add a dash of cayenne pepper (or more if you don’t mind the taste)
