Get Rid of Hyperpigmentation with Turmeric Powder and Lemon Juice Remedy and 8 Other Natural Ingredients


What Causes Excessive Pigmentation of the Skin?

Here is a highly recommended remedy to get rid of hyperpigmentation.

•1 teaspoon turmeric powder
•1 teaspoon lemon juice


Combine the lemon juice with the turmeric powder and smear the mixture over the affected skin areas.

Rinse with cold water after 15 minutes and do this twice a day.

You will see the differences after a few days. Be careful if you have sensitive skin, you can add a little water to the mixture to avoid the uncomfortable feeling.

1- Vitamin E

2-Raw Potato

Raw potatoes contain catecholase, which has been proven to be able to help lighten skin tone. Simply rub some thick potato slices on the affected areas for some minutes, do it regularly works well to help lighten the hyperpigmented skin as well as other spots on the skin.

3-Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar also has good skin lightening properties, makes it a good choice to lighten the appearance of dark patches on the skin that caused by hyperpigmentation.

4-Aloe Vera

6-Orange Peel

Orange peel contains citric acid which can help lighten the appearance of the dark patches on skin.

Make a mixture of one teaspoon lemon juice, one teaspoon milk, one teaspoon raw honey and one tablespoon of dried orange peel powder. Use the mixture on the affected areas and massage gently, then rinse off after half an hour.


Avocados are packed with Vitamin E, which works well to reduce the spots on the skin. The fatty acids, oleic acid and Vitamin C are all helpful to get rid of hyperpigmentation.

Mash one ripe avocado into a smooth paste, mix with two teaspoons of raw honey and one teaspoon of milk. Use the mixture on the affected area and rinse off after some it dries.

8-Mint Leaves

Apply the paste of freshly ground mint leaves to the affected skin, leave it for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off.
