  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • Black pepper and salt to taste


Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, fry onion and garlic on a medium heat for 1 minute then add the tomatoes and turmeric.

When the tomatoes are soft, add basil, apple cider vinegar and canned tomatoes. Boil the mixture and then cover it for 5 minutes on a low heat.

Blend the mixture with a blender until creamy, add black pepper and salt to taste.
