Recipe for the Garlic-Lemon Drink
- 350 grams garlic cloves, peeled and grated
- 1 kg. lemons, grated with peels
- 1.5 liters water
Heat water in saucepan until boiling, then add lemon and garlic and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes, then remove from heat. Cool completely and refrigerate in a glass jar.
Recommendations for Use
Shake jar well before each use and take 50ml of the mixture every morning on an empty stomach for 25 days. Then take a 10 day break and repeat treatment.
