Cut the eggplant into 1/4-inch thick slices and put them into juicer.
Sit a glass beneath the vent where the juice is dispersed to catch the liquid.
Now drink it.
If you don’t like the taste of eggplant juice, you can combine it with other fresh juices to mask the taste.
