Add the grain and cover the jar leaving it slightly open to allow air and leave the mixture for 2 days.

Water color changed to something light and cloudier.

Once the grains have cultured, they are going to rise up to the surface.

Remove them for storage in fridge, for making more coconut water kefir, or dispose them.
