Coconut Raspberry Cream Smoothie Recipe

Every once in a while while creating healthier food choices, you stumble across a clear winner. I’ve been experimenting with smoothies for over 8 years now, and this recipe is clearly the most delicious (and healthy) smoothie I’ve ever created.

Using the tropical feel of coconut and combining it with the lightly sweet, yet tart taste of raspberries, was a great start. Adding in the creaminess of avocado was just pure genius!

I encourage you to give this smoothie a serious try, and it just may become your new fix!

Coconut Raspberry Cream Smoothie

This smoothie is not only delicious, but it is also very healthy. This beverage has loads of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, healthy fats, and anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of coconut water (from a young coconut)
  • 1 cup of coconut meat (from a young coconut)
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • Optional: Stevia (for additional sweetness, if required)

Directions

  • Add raspberries, coconut meat, and avocado and cover with coconut milk and water
  • Add coconut oil and avocado
  • Add stevia (if you wish)
  • Blend, taste, and adjust. For creamier, add more coconut meat or avocado.
