Today we have more information and knowledge about the cure and prevention of disease than ever before in the history of mankind. The advancements that have been made in just the last few years have given us new insights about the treatment and prevention of virtually all illness and disease, making it safe to reach two major conclusions:
1. Even though just ten years ago we thought we knew the proper treatments of illness, we now know just how little we knew back then.
2. With these revolutionary breakthroughs in technology, virtually all illness and disease should be wiped out in America within the next ten years. We are on the verge of entering a phase where a person will never be sick. And if you do get sick, your doctor will be able to cure you of your illness in a matter of days. We have virtually reached the pinnacle of medical knowledge.
This calls for a drum roll, blaring trumpets and people dancing in the streets.
Unbelievable! We have reached the pinnacle of medical knowledge. We know all there is about the cure and prevention of disease. Holy s**t! In just ten years, because of medical science, sickness will be eliminated in America. Hallelujah, I’m going to be healed!
Whoa baby, not so fast. That info was given in 1902.
When we look back, we are amazed as to how little they knew. And down the road, people will look back at us and laugh and say the same thing.
The bottom line is that there are no medical facts. There are only medical opinions, speculations.
Medical science has absolutely, 100% failed in the curing and prevention of illness, sickness and disease.
Today, more people than ever before get colds and flues, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, constipation, chronic fatigue, asthma, insomnia, bad breath, acne, depressed, infertility, allergies, etc.
More people are visiting doctors than ever before, getting X-rays and diagnostic tests, taking nonprescription and prescription drugs and more of them, and more surgeries are performed than ever before.
What is this telling us?
It is telling us that standard medical science is failing! We are losing the war on cancer, we spend over $2 trillion a year on health care, yet we are the sickest nation on the planet. We are losers!
So, where are the winners?
The drug companies and the healthcare companies are the winners.
The profits of the drug companies are at an all time high.
More people are on diets than ever before.
More people take diet products that ever before.
Yet, more people are fatter than ever before. Not just fat, but obese.
Again we are the losers, yet there are winners here also.
The corporations that sell diet food, diet pills and other weight-loss aids are making more money that ever before.
You must understand a very important fact.
The pharmaceutical companies and the big food industry companies are publicly traded corporations.
Being publicly traded, they have one objective: to increase profits. The only way these companies can make more profits is to sell more product.
So, the drug companies have a vested interest in keeping you sick. By doing so, they can sell more “product. The food companies, to increase profits and put more money in the pockets of their executives, must sell more food. This means that you must eat more food.
How can this be achieved? Well, for one, the food needs to be cheaper.
This is accomplished through genetic engineering, spraying chemical poisons all over the foods so the crops won’t be damaged by disease or bugs or insects, and loading them with chemicals to make them grow faster.
The goal is to produce food less expensively and sell it at the highest possible price in massive quantities.
So, how do they get you to consume more and more and more? By putting chemicals in the food to create an addiction, increase your appetite, and make the food cause you to gain weight.
Aspartame and high fructose corn syrup are two such additives designed to accomplish this. Of course, this will be denied. Just like the tobacco industry denied for years the fact that they make cigarettes physically addicting.
Ask yourself this: why do thin people come to America and gain weight even though they do not eat ant differently than they did before?
The food industry is so profit driven that it is lobbying against the national campaign “eat less, exercise more”. They do not want you to eat less? The food industry wants you fat and eating more food every year.
The pharmaceutical industry does not want you to get well. They want you to stay sick so you can buy more pills. Remember, it’s all about money! Your welfare is non-existent.
So, who can you trust? The only person you can trust is you. You must reclaim your health and take it out of the hands of the people that want you to eat more and stay sick. You must make changes.
Read labels. If there is anything on the label you cannot pronounce, do not buy it. If the label has sugar, or aspartame or high fructose corn syrup on it, do not buy it. If the label lists preservatives or stabilizers, or artificial colors or flavors on it, do not buy it. If produce is not organically grown, do not buy it. Now that I have ruined shopping in supermarkets for you what do you do?
Shop where those stores sell organically grown produce. Shop in natural food stores where the bulk of the food is chemically free.
Erase from your mind the concept of “fast food”. Slow down and take the time to prepare your food fresh.
Make enough so you have leftovers for the next day. Start your day with a glass of water to get your metabolism and cleansing going.
Eat a big hearty breakfast. Oatmeal, with organically grown fruit, brown, red rice, or quinoa with organically grown vegetables, or last night’s leftovers.
Whatever, as long as it’s hearty and free of chemicals, preservatives, and sugars.
Find time each day to take a long walk. Eat no aspartame, artificial sweeteners, or MSG.
Eat no diet foods or drink diet sodas.
Stay away from fast food restaurants, eat no refined foods, only whole foods, eat no white flour or white rice, eat organic apples or carrots as a snack, try to eliminate dairy products from your diet or at least cut your consumption way back, eat a salad every day and keep your salad dressings simple.
When you have that “uncontrollable” urge to eat when you are not hungry, drink some water, or take a bite of a carrot or apple or some fruit.
Find support groups like the Vegetarian Societies, visit websites like www.healthtalkhawaii.com, don’t be afraid to go through the looking glass and walk in the opposite direction from everyone else.
If you do these simple things, which may seem earth shattering to you at first, you will look better, you will feel better, and you will be healthier.
Put your health back in your hands and out of the hands of those who only want your money. There are people out there who truly care about you and sincerely desire to help you without profit motivation.
