Best Natural “Flu Shot” Recipe

The Recipe for Nature’s Flu Shot

 

  • 8 fresh lemons
  • 2 fresh oranges
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 bulb garlic

To make, simply blend all the ingredients together and store in a glass jar. This recipe works very well if you begin to take it as soon as the first flu symptoms appear and be sure to take 1-3 cups daily until these symptoms resolve.
How this Recipe Works

Lemons, oranges and pineapple juice are all high in Vitamin C, which has been well-known to help strengthen the immune system and make it easier for it to fend off infections of any sort. Ginger and cayenne pepper are both carminative, warming spices and also do their part in strengthening immunity. Turmeric, of course, is well known for its anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Garlic, apple cider vinegar and honey all have anti-viral (as well as anti-bacterial and anti-fungal) compounds which can act like a natural medication to get you over the flu as fast as possible.
