In all the years I have spent helping people live healthier and more fulfilling lives, I have never stopped being amazed at what people can accomplish. And for good reason. In the United States right now, just over 3 out of every 5 adults are overweight. 1 out of every 3 adults are obese. Our lifestyles are not designed for our health. With so many empty calories so readily available, constructing a healthier lifestyle requires dedication and knowing what to do. This is where I come in. I am a certified personal trainer with an avid interest in fitness, weight loss nutrition and supplementation.
