Apple Beet Carrot Ginger Juice, The Miracle Drink Recipe

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 beet
  • 1 apple
  • A piece of ginger the size of 1 tablespoon
  • 3 carrots
  • About ¼ cup unsweetened apple juice or water (for blender option)


Blender way

Peel and cut all ingredients. Add them to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Use the spatula to push everything down into the blades. Pour the juice over a fine mesh strainer and push the pulp down with a rubber spatula to squeeze out the juice. Let stand for 5 minutes and discard the pulp.

Juicer way

Wash the produce, no need to peel it, and run the ingredients through your juicer.

While fresh is of course always best, this delicious healing elixir can be stored in the fridge up to 3 days.
