#2: A Healthier You
According to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, individuals who are vegan or follow a vegan friendly diet are less likely to experience high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. In addition, vegans also enjoy a diet filled with additional fiber, minerals and plant proteins when compared to meat eaters.
#3: Better Sex
In most cases, vegans tend to be thinner and leaner then meat eaters. This may also translates into having more personal energy and personal power. Having more energy easily means you’ll probably have more sex and able to perform better no matter if you’re a male or female.
In fact, according to a 2006 study published in Chemical Senses, non-meat eaters had a fresher body odor and tastier body fluids. Both are good for better attraction and the desire of others to want to enjoy more of you.
#4: Silky and Healthy Skin
According a 2012 study published in the Dermato-Endodrinology, a diet high in calories, fat and glycemic intake may lead to increased acne breakouts. Also, skin inflammation and skin inelasticity may be increased by the amino acids found in meat. In addition, a diet containing powerful antioxidants like those found in fruit also helps to counter act and combat the effects of free-radicals. High ORAC diets (found in fruits and veggies) help to combat the negative of free-radicals on the skin and body.

In 2012, the Journal of American Medical Association published research conducted by researchers from the University of Toronto and St. Michael’s Hospital that indicated a vegan diet can lower cholesterol levels. According to the study, a vegan diet helped to reduce levels of bad cholesterol by almost 29%. The diet the participants enjoyed during the study included oats, barley, nuts, leafy greens and soy.
#6: Lower Body Weight
According to the results of a five-year study from the UK Cancer Research, the participants enjoying a vegan diet put on fewer pounds over a five-year study period when compared to the meat eaters. The size of the study was 22,000 participants.
So if you’re looking for a reasons to go Vegan these six reasons are an excellent way to justification, but my favorite reason is you get to eat more pizza!
