1 carrot


-First chop the parsley with a knife and peel and dice the carrot.

Carrot and Potato Juice


2 medium sized carrots
1 medium sized potato
1 teaspoon ginger root juice


-Extract the juice from the ingredients using a juicer, and drink it.

Pineapple and Ginger Juice


1 cup of pineapple
1 cucumber
1 lime
1/2 inch ginger
1 spoon aloe


-Extract the juice from the ingredients using a juicer, and drink it.

Apple and Avocado Juice

Both apple and avocado are rich in fiber which is perfect for relieving stomach acid, heartburn and the feeling of emptiness that causes gastritis.

2 avocados


-Peel the avocados and peel and dice the apples.

-You can add water if the blended liquid is too thick.

Juice of Papaya and Banana


papaya (1 cup)
yogurt (1 cup)
1/2 cup of rice milk
1 Tsp. honey
2 Tsp. almonds


-Chop the banana into chunks.
-Blend all the ingredients until have a smooth, creamy consistency.
-If too thick, you can add more rice milk to ease preparation.
-Take in the morning.
