  • 1/2 cup of cold green tea
  • 1 banana
  • Half a lemon

Juice the banana and lemon and then mix with the green tea. Drink it immediately for better functionality for your liver.

Because of its high antioxidant value, green tea is often being included into any detox program, the EGCG extract within it is able to help detoxify the liver and the whole body throughly and quickly.
