Pomegranate Pineapple Lemon Juice –

Pineapple in this drink provides you with the extra vitamins , and the lemon will help speed up your metabolism.


  • 1 cup Chopped Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate juice
  • 1 ½ cup Water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 inch piece of Ginger


In a blender combine everything except pomegranate juice and blend together to form a smooth consistency and strain through the strainer and set aside. To Pineapple lemon ginger mixtures mix in Pomegranate juice.

Beet apple and Blackberry Juice-

Beets are a great detox food, they’re packed with folate, manganese potassium, iron and Vitamin C. They’re also low in calories, 1 cup of beets contains only 80 calories. apple in it helps the body get rid of estrogen-like chemicals and heavy metals.


  • 3 small beets
  • 2-3 apples
  • 8 oz. blackberries
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger

Citrus & Green Tea Detox Smoothie –

This smoothie includes green tea, this means you’re going to get plenty of detoxification going due to the antioxidants it contains. EGCG in green tea may protect the liver against damage from toxins. Citrus fruits will make the smoothie taste better and add to the vitamins you’re getting.


  • ½ banana
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup green tea, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • ½ cup ice


Place ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
